Mike Smith

Currently in his seventh full season with the Knicks, promoted to present position on eve of 2010-11 season...Based out of the state-of-the-art video setup at MSG Training Center in Greenburgh, Mike’s responsibilities include pre-NBA Draft scouting edits, assisting the coaching staff at practices and workouts, individual player video analysis, producing specialized statistical information, and assisting advance scout/video scout Matt Harding with opponent video analysis...Accompanies Knicks on all road trips.

Originally joined Knicks in December 2003 as assistant video coordinator...Smitty broke into NBA in 2003 as video intern with Boston Celtics for second half of 2002-03 season.
